The Royal Kalaw Hills Resort is a unique 19th Century mansion located at the base of Kalaw Hills. The main building was originally built in 1928 and renovated as it’s original looks. Easy to visit colonial railway station of Kalaw, Kalaw market, Shwe Oo Min Pagoda, Green Hill Valley Elephant Camp and Pine Forests at mountainside. Just 45 minutes drive away from Heho airport and 90 Minutes drive from Inle Lake.

Deluxe Room
Deluxe rooms are the standard category at the two-story building. There are 4 rooms in total with all the facilities for your comfortable stay with us. All rooms offer a small balcony, a bathroom which is attached with a bathtub and walk-in shower. You may choose a double with one king size bed or a twin with two single beds.
Royal Villa Room
Villas are 100 sqm with large balcony. And there are 6 villas in total. Rooms are equipped with the large bathroom with separate rain shower and bathtub. Suite hand-made wooden and antique furniture plus decorative fireplace make the touch of Colonial taste. You may choose either a double with one king sized bed or a twin with two single beds.
Royal Boutique Room
The room is in the old colonial building, built in 1918, and overlooking the lush green heritage garden. There are 3 rooms in total. All rooms come comfortable with twin or double bedding, bathroom with a bathtub, suite antique furniture and a decorative original fireplace.
